To get started on Intrex, with your will to change, the first and probably the most important thing you need to have is DEDICATION.
Dedication is commitment to a goal, activity or project propped by strong and sustainable habits. This is what will help you to get going and keep on track even when times get hard.
Unfortunately, you cannot erase the lazy part of yourself, that’s just the way our brain thinks things through. It always looks for the easiest way to do things. It’s okay to have your lazy moments, but in appropriate times. You just have to discover your boundaries and put them in application.
To be able to stand tall through easy and rougher times, Dedication comes firstly from you and your brain. Promise yourself you won’t let go. Once this reaches your subconscious mind, this will stay in you forever and you’ll then be able to apply it to the rest of your life.
For this, you need to find a motivation.
Your motivation can be related to others, your family and friends. Maybe they’re tired of seeing you sad and they want you to be joyful. But do not forget that before anybody else, you do all this for yourself and your own mental state.
It’s your life, your decision, and more importantly your will to evolve into a healthier person.
Think about the result of all this, what you’re looking for in this change and the final benefits you’ll be able to enjoy. You can also read books such as Think and Grow Rich or Can’t Hurt Me to learn about how and what motivates you.
If you’re more importantly looking to reduce your anxiety, fear, negativity, think about what you’ll look like once you’ve conquered those points.
Once you’ve psychologically integrated this dedication, you’ll be able to apply to your daily decisions.
Dedication is a mix of optimism, organisation and ruthlessness.
Dedication is what makes you unstoppable whilst at the same time preparing for future tough periods. It helps you understand your ability to overcome them. This is what you need to understand out of this post.
It’s also the greatest power you have. The power of not paying too much attention to the negative comments towards you, but on how you can get better and keep growing.
And this leads you to dedicating yourself in your daily life, setting objectives that you constantly reinvent. Learn an instrument, adopt a dog, develop a skill, read more, spend more time with your relatives…
And by achieving more and more of the goals you’ve set yourself, your self-esteem will only get stronger, and you’ll then be able to take full advantage of your capacities.
